This personalized one-on-one session takes place at the location of your choice, offering a private and focused pose coaching experience tailored just for you. Before your session, you’ll complete our exclusive “Get to Know You” form designed to help your Pose Coach identify your strengths, challenges, and goals when it comes to being in front of the camera.

Together, we’ll work to build your confidence, refine your natural movements, and enhance your overall presence in every shot.

This session includes:

• A 20 frame photo shoot before and after the session

• Foot and hand placement, facial expression

• The mirroring technique

• A series of go to poses

• The importance of scenery, backgrounds, lighting, and colors

• Reference sheets on how to keep your poses poised forever more.

Crew Love

You and your crew will enjoy a 2 hour session of the fundamentals of poise through creative pose interaction, individual instruction and guidance through a number of poses. This experience is great for intimate groups gatherings, bachelorette parties and businesses with multiple employees.

The Lights, Camera, Action is a 90 minimum base booking. Elevate your photo shoot with a dedicated Pose Coach by your side. Throughout the session, your coach will provide hands-on guidance and clear verbal direction to help you feel confident and look your best in every frame. From subtle adjustments to full pose transitions, you’ll be expertly guided to ensure a variety of stunning, high-impact shots—perfect for showcasing your unique style and personality.

We take the stress out of photoshoot planning by managing every step from concept to shoot day. Whether you're a brand, creative, or individual, we bring your vision to life with expert creative direction, location scouting, wardrobe styling, hair and makeup coordination, talent sourcing, and complete shoot logistics. You focus on the spotlight.

Understand, by scheduling this session you are not obligated to have a Poise Coach on the set of your photoshoot. This is only the preparation process.
